I loved this book, I love this series.....it kills me that I read it so fast and I am done. This book, as have the others, grabs you from the start and you just don't want to put it down. I was annoyed having to stop and go to work..seriously I have to review my priorities lol. I highly recommend all of her books and I think it best to read them in series order. I look forward to the next and it's not that long until fall. THANK YOU Sydney Addae for another great read and a mini vacation away from all the daily "stuff" that can drive you crazy. Please know that all your time and effort in producing these stories is greatly appreciated. In my next life I want to be one of your strong female wolf characters!! Good story, a little slow to start. Many twist and turns as Ethan and Vanessa discover each other as others try to manipulate and keep them separated. We also catch up with the quads, Jasmine and Silas. Overall a good read but with some typos. The typos do not take away from the story. Other thing, every now and then, you loss which character is relating to who but still pick up the thread.
I could not wait for another La Patron book. Whenever I get so vested in a series I eagerly look forward to the next installment and usually sooner or later, I am disappointed. Not with this series. I've read every book and follow dress Jasmine on Pinterest. Extra plus, each story ends. No cliffhangers! Yeah! Still you should read each book in order. In a continuing effort to bring the wolf nation together, Ethan is sent to find Rebels and spread the word that half breeds are welcome as full members of the wolf nation under La Patron. Along the way he finds his true mate. Too bad she is already engaged to someone else.
This was as always a great read!!!!!!! Sydney Addae delivered with well developed storyline and added some additional characters that you would love to see with own stories; Shlya, Thorne, and of course Ethan's two brothers. As always I love to read dialogue about La Patron and his four youngest pups!!!!!!.
Loved Ethan's story! We really get to know the Knightforce trainee that was introduced in Knightforce 3 when Sarita was kidnapped. Ethan did not disappoint! once he spotted Vanessa it was only a matter of time --- it's all the good stuff that happens in between, had me on the edge of my seat. Without giving away any spoilers, I believe fans of this series will be pleased. This story as with the others in this series, mention or give a glimpse of the characters we've grown to love, especially the "pups". Read it or like me devour it in one sitting - whatever your preference is-enjoy 😆
I enjoyed reading the next Knightforce book in the series. From the beginning Ethan cared about his mate and would do anything for her. Vanessa had been through a lot and wasn't sure who she could trust. Even though she is engaged she was attracted to Ethan from the start. Pamela and Brenda, two twisted and evil women. There were some twists in these story, and I'm not sure what's going to happen with these Breeders that are angry, but I pray they get the help they need or change their ways. I would have liked to read a little more about La Patrons den since the story is starting 2 years later. The children have grown, but there wasn't much about them. Overall it was a great story.
It was just as previous books in this series outstanding. Unlike the other books the storyline began with Vanessa and her friend Shyla being educators. Vanessa was sharing her feelings about her boyfriend Jim and why he wasn't being sexually attracted to her. Shyla was being a good friend and supporting her. Her "mean" teacher associates were causing problems with the school board. Ethan, La Patron's Knight force has had some bad dreams when he was called to perform duties for the local Alpha. By accident he meets Vanessa his true mate. Two complications, first she is engaged and second she is human. Ethan isn't put off one bit and pursues her. Lots of action happens. Great read.
Sydney your going to be the death of me!!! I couldn't put this book. Ethan does everything he can for Vanessa. Vanessa is nothing to mess with. I smell another Jasmine on our hands. All La Patron books are no where near the same its seems there is always something going on with the Wolf Nation. For people who have read the first series be mindful you have to pay close attention things happen where you have to think about the first two books, I believe. I can't wait for more books to come there is so much questions that need to be answered. Keep up the good work I'm on the edge rocking back and forth waiting for more to come. ☺☺☺☺
